Tell us what you’d like created or engraved. We’ll discuss design options, suitability, pricing and turnaround times.

2. Payment Before Creation

To secure your booking and begin any design or engraving work, all custom orders must be paid in full before production.

Once payment is received, your order will be added to our making schedule.

We can engrave your personal items (subject to material compatibility). Before sending anything, please contact us so we can confirm:

• Whether your item is suitable

• Your chosen design

• The engraving price

• The correct address for shipping

Sending Your Item to Us

Customers are responsible for all postage costs when shipping items to our workshop.

Please ensure your item is well-packaged.
We cannot accept responsibility for any damage that occurs while your item is in transit to us.

📦 Return Delivery Information

Once the engraving is complete, we will return your item using a tracked delivery service.

• Items are insured up to £75 as standard.

• If you require higher insurance, please contact us before payment to arrange upgraded cover.

While we take great care with every order, we cannot be held responsible for postal damage beyond the included insurance value.
